Over the past couple years we have squirrelled away a few of our Barrel Aged Christmas Gin Releases. With limited supply remaining, once they’re gone, they’re gone… Never to be repeated.
2022 Release - Featuring the artwork of Lauren Starr Artist
Aged for 12 months in an ex STARWARD Whisky 100L Apera cask. Bursting with flavour, it features raisin, sultana and stone fruit on the palate. Only 26 bottles remain.
2023 Release - Featuring the artwork of Anna Fredriksson
Spending time in an ex American oak 100L Bourbon cask, it features Christmas cake, spices and vanilla on the palate.
Only 40 bottles remain.
Both are best enjoyed - on ice with fresh orange or in a tall glass with dry ginger and fresh citrus.
500ml bottle size, 40% ABV.
