PRODUCT DISPATCH & DELIVERIES POLICY

Deliveries will be dispatched from Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd within 5 working days of order and payment processing unless the product is marked as “pre-sale” or out of stock, in which case it will be dispatched when available. Receipt of delivery to purchaser’s address is dependent on purchaser’s proximity to Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd and may range from overnight to seven days.

Delivery dates or times indicated are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date or time. No time of the essence transaction will be considered unless agreed in writing by Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd. Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd does not guarantee delivery on that date and is not liable for any loss resulting from late delivery. Nor does it guarantee that the ordered or requested quantity of goods is delivered. As a small batch distillery, Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd reserves the right to offer a smaller allocation to its customers than may have been ordered or requested, based on over-subscription of offers.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.

Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd offers the opportunity to provide delivery instructions to have goods left at point of delivery. All efforts will be made to ensure these instructions are followed but it must be clear that the customer takes on this option at their own risk.

To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a telephone number/contact person for the delivery address as we require a signature for all deliveries.

Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or redirection provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient may incur an additional charge.

Goods will NOT be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age.

Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery. To investigate any damage Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd may require photo evidence that damage was caused during transit.

All attempts will be made to ship items in original packaging. There may be instances where the packaging can be damaged in transit. Minor labels markings or scuffing is impossible to avoid in every instance. If you require a product in pristine condition we recommend you visit a supplier directly or contact us directly via our contact page.

Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd has no obligation to arrange for insurance of goods against the risks of carriage.

 

PRODUCT REFUND, RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

The buyer has no right to cancel, or vary, any order for goods after Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd has accepted that order.

If Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd accepts a return of goods from the buyer, any amount payable by Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd to the buyer as a result of that return of goods is not payable in cash by Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd to the buyer, but may only be applied in reduction of the price payable by the buyer to Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd for future goods sold by Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd. Such occasions could be considered where a bottle may have a faulty seal or become damaged in transit. Should a product arrive with such issues (and due to no fault of the purchaser) please contact Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. Pty Ltd.
