The Christmas Fizz
60ml Noble Bootleggers Christmas Pudding Gin
20ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
10ml Vanilla sugar syrup
1 x Egg white / or equiv.
Top up Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Garnish: Orange slice and cinnamon/vanilla sugar rim
Rim a Collins glass with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
Add all ingredients (except the Bundaberg Ginger beer) to a shaker. Dry shake to emulsify ingredients and then wet shake with ice vigourously. Strain into a Collins glass. Add a couple of cubes of ice and the top up with Ginger Beer. Garnish with an orange slice.
