60mls Noble Bootleggers Christmas Gin

10mls Vanilla Sugar Syrup

20mls Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

1 x Egg White

Lime Peel Garnish

Rub a lime wedge on half of the martini coupe glass rim. Dust rim in a 50/50 mixture of cinnamon sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake ingredients without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice to shaker, shake vigorously. Double strain into a large martini coupe glass. Garnish with a lime peel twist.
